Types of Data collected
Among the Personal Data collected by this Application, independently or through third parties, there are name, surname, email, data entered in the forms and Usage Data.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically during use of the Application. Unless otherwise specified, the data requested in the forms are necessary to respond to the request.
Any use of cookies or tracking tools has the purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy. The User is responsible for the Personal Data of third parties communicated through the Application.
Method and place of processing
The Owner adopts adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing takes place using IT and telematic tools and according to procedures related to the purposes indicated.
Authorized personnel and suppliers appointed as Data Processors can access the Data when necessary. The updated list can be requested from the Owner.
The Data is processed at the Owner's operational offices and in the places where the suppliers involved operate. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area take place on the basis of adequacy decisions or guarantees provided for by the GDPR.
Legal basis of the processing
The processing may be based on consent, on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, on the fulfillment of a legal obligation or on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller or third parties. It is possible to ask the Data Controller for clarification on the legal basis applied to a specific processing.
Retention period
The Data is kept for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legal obligations. The data linked to a commercial request are kept for the time necessary to manage it and any subsequent relationships.
When the processing is based on consent, the Data may be retained until revocation, without prejudice to legal obligations. At the end of the applicable period they are deleted or anonymized.
Purpose and details of the processing
The Data is collected to provide site services, respond to requests and prepare quotes. The forms collect name, surname, email and the necessary operational information.
Technical logs are processed for security and maintenance. Anonymous internal statistics, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are used only in the conditions indicated in the Cookie Policy and, when required, after consent.
User Rights
The User can revoke consent, oppose the processing, access the Data and request rectification, limitation, cancellation or portability, in the cases provided for by the GDPR. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Requests can be sent to the Data Controller free of charge and are handled within the deadlines established by applicable legislation.
Learn more about the treatment
The Data may be used for defense in court or in the preparatory stages. For operation and maintenance, the Application and technical services may collect system logs that include technical data.
The Owner can update this information. Substantial changes are communicated on this page and, when necessary, consent is requested again.
Measurement, Google and Meta services
The anonymous internal statistical system and, if configured, Google Analytics 4 are used exclusively after consent to the Analytics category. Google Ads and Meta Pixel are used exclusively after Marketing consent. Google Tag Manager is a technical container and does not modify the preferences expressed.
For these services the legal basis is consent pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR. Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited operate according to their respective roles and policies; their services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area through adequacy decisions or safeguards under the GDPR.
